OR
- Fill out the contact form on the website https://wonderwave.io
1. The customer receives an offer that must be confirmed in writing via email along with terms and policies.
2. If the customer fills out the contact and/or order form on the website, they must confirm having read and understood our terms and policies.
3. Payment is made via invoice or Stripe. The invoice comes with seven (7) days due, after which the usual rules for reminders and debt collection will proceed. Card details must be entered when paying via Stripe, and any amount will be deducted immediately.

The customer can send a written inquiry to support@wonderwave.io to cancel any purchase or report it on Slack. The customer can log in to Wonderwave to cancel or send a written inquiry via Slack/email to cancel a subscription.
Wonderwave has the right to stop ongoing work if payment is not received on time.
Production
Wonderwave uses the “Scrum system and agile mindset principles” as a “conveyor belt” to design, develop, deliver, further develop and maintain web/app projects.
The “Scrum system” adopted together with “agile thinking principles” eliminates the risk of production errors and ensures that the customer’s wishes are taken care of and met from start to finish.
More information about this can be found here (by clicking on the link the user is taken to a secured, external website):
- Scrum framework system: https://www.atlassian.com/agile/scrum
- Agile mindset principles: https://www.atlassian.com/agile/manifesto
The customer gets access to Wonderwave’s Slack environment (hub, workplace & chat) for communication, collaboration, and close follow-up. Otherwise, “formal dialogue” occurs in writing via email and/or Wonderwave’s ticket system (Jira Service Desk).
Delivery
The customer’s purchase is considered completed when all points in the list of requirements are finished, and Wonderwave has approved/confirmed the work in writing via email.
The customer then has three (3) working days to provide feedback via Slack and/or email (support@wonderwave.io).
If there are no feedback and/or complaints within those three (3) days, the purchase is considered completed.
Changes
Changes outside of the approved offer are considered a new order, regardless of the scope of work.
The customer must therefore request a new offer or place a new order.
Subscription
A subscription is invoiced monthly or quarterly by agreement. The subscription is without binding and can be canceled at any time (1-month notice). Cancellation must be made in writing via email to support@wonderwave.io or reported on Slack.
Amounts paid are non-refundable, and the remaining months must be used up.
Ownership
There are three (3) parts to consider:
- The customer.
- Wonderwave.
- External third parties (Google, WordPress, Klarna, etc.).
Everything delivered to Wonderwave from the customer, so Wonderwave can do the job, is considered the customer’s property. Such as media, images, illustrations, video, text, code files, templates, APIs, audio files, ideas, concepts, access to systems, sketches, etc.
Everything Wonderwave produces for the customer belongs to the customer exclusively and with unlimited rights, as far as possible and as far as Wonderwave is concerned. Except when Wonderwave wholly or partly uses elements created by third parties or FWonderwave itself.
Copyright of templates, plugins, and/or code pieces purchased from Envato and/or any other third party belongs to the developer who created it and put it up for sale.
By purchasing the template and/or plugin for further development, Wonderwave acquires a “commercial license” passed to the customer for life via this agreement.
Wonderwave reserves the right to use what has been produced for the customer in its marketing and portfolio and brand it with Wonderwave’s logo, trademark, and characteristics.
Responsibility
Wonderwave is under no circumstances, directly or indirectly, responsible and/or liable for losses of any kind – be it data, financial, etc.
Wonderwave stores “data backups” for 20 days but is not responsible for lost data.
The customer is responsible for storing all their critical data files on their own PC and ensuring that everything is secured. Generally, the customer is 100% accountable for their own business journey and “data practices.”
For manufacturing defects that can be traced directly to Wonderwave, a thorough troubleshooting and error correction will be performed – free of charge.
For manufacturing defects that can be traced directly to a third party, Wonderwave is not to be held responsible in any way.
Wonderwave is not to be held responsible for agreements between the customer and third parties (Google, WordPress, Klarna, etc.).
