During your onboarding, we will send you a link to a task queue connected to your JIRA board. You have the option to fill out the board with tasks you want us to work on. You can fill the queue with multiple tasks at different priority levels so we can grab the next task when we are working on your project.

Yes, you will be in direct contact with the designer, developer, or marketer. We cut out the unnecessary middle man to be more efficient. A project manager may also be available for bigger projects.

While the idea of inviting you to Slack may sound productive, we’ve found that information gets lost and communication becomes messy. Instead, all your tasks are organized on your task board within JIRA (our project management tool). We communicate within the task comments so that everybody knows what we are talking about. We are also working on developing our own creative platform which will be launched very soon.

We try to complete some tasks within an hour and others within a day. We usually will send you one update report every day, but we may provide several updates during a single day.

For design concepts, the average turnaround time is one day. If you have revision requests, additional days will be needed to complete them.

We aim to make you happy with each task or progress report we send. We continue to refine our workflows and make them fit each client’s needs.

However, unforeseen circumstances can arise. For example, multiple designers or developers become ill and are unable to work, or we misinterpret your requirements and develop in the wrong direction.

When we make mistakes, we take ownership of them and make up for lost time until our clients are 100% satisfied.
