Wonderwave is a product development company that helps companies design and develop beautiful, user-friendly products by providing scalable solutions to everyday challenges and larger strategic projects for scale-ups and enterprise companies through subscription based pricing.

During your onboarding, we will send you a link to a task queue connected to your JIRA board. You have the option to fill out the board with tasks you want us to work on. You can fill the queue with multiple tasks at different priority levels so we can grab the next task when we are working on your project.

While the idea of inviting you to Slack may sound productive, we’ve found that information gets lost and communication becomes messy. Instead, all your tasks are organized on your task board within JIRA (our project management tool). We communicate within the task comments so that everybody knows what we are talking about. We are also working on developing our own creative platform which will be launched very soon.

With Wonderwave, you can access vetted talent with various specialties to complete your tasks. A project manager keeps an eye on everything, ensuring the right person gets the job done.

To accommodate multiple projects and requests, you can add a talent to your account. This allows you to scale your operations up and down every month based on your current workload.

We charge a flat monthly fee, with no hidden fees and no long-term contracts.

Tasks and projects can be assigned to us in the form of a request. Each one requires a different level of time, expertise and resources.

We distinguish between tasks and projects.

A task is a piece of work that can be done in a few days or one working session. Examples include creating a landing page design concept or fixing a website issue.

A project is everything that requires planning and multiple working steps and cannot be completed in a few days. Examples include redesigning a website with multiple pages or developing a web app.

We try to complete some tasks within an hour and others within a day. We usually will send you one update report every day, but we may provide several updates during a single day.

For design concepts, the average turnaround time is one day. If you have revision requests, additional days will be needed to complete them.

We aim to make you happy with each task or progress report we send. We continue to refine our workflows and make them fit each client’s needs.

However, unforeseen circumstances can arise. For example, multiple designers or developers become ill and are unable to work, or we misinterpret your requirements and develop in the wrong direction.

When we make mistakes, we take ownership of them and make up for lost time until our clients are 100% satisfied.
